OK, back on track here. Ya, the D.N.'s work real well at times, especially in clear water. I was just teasing the guys for revealing that - but who am I to say crap about that, eh?

If I had to pick just one lure to use in my all around salmon/steelhead fishing, it would be a Kwikfish in K-14 size and in the matalic blue and green striped chrome body; of course with a chartreuse arrow tail underneath. I would use a single 2/0, maybe 3/0, siwash hook extended with a beadchain from the belly eyescrew. Keep the eyescrew in a straight plane fore to aft (hey Justin, eyescrew and weallscrew; just keep it 'straight', OK laugh ). This would be good for all the species and good for a variety of water conditions. But I sure am glad to be able to use more than one lure. And don't forget eyescrew. wink
