I knew that I would get some of all y'alls attention with that header! What I am really asking is that if anyone can help me out on finding some apple or other fruit wood for smoking fish-the few that I do bonk on the head. I don't mean chips, I mean branches/logs. If anyone can help me out, I would be more than happy to put a couple of yours in the smoker- a true TEXAS size (y'all know how they brag about size) smoker in return. Tanks, and other large armored vehicles .
