BW, practice, practice, practice. I have a 14" sled also and they are work to run. When freedrifiting I have to stay on top of it all the time to keep it going the right way. It's really a pain when you get someone up in the front that doesn't have a clue about keeping the boat level. The more you run it the better you'll get
