Hey SQ, Winning has EVERYTHING to do with the cost of the stadiums. Do you really think people would wanted a new stadium if they were still playing like a new franchise? Go look at the attendance at the begining of the season. They were not consistantly selling out the games until after the All-Star break. Bottom line people want to see winners, not the Mariners of old. I am a Mariners fan and I have stuck with thru all the s--- years. Having to stand up for them last year when the didn't even make a good showing in the ALCS. NOW IT'S MY TIME TO VENT!!!!!!
