Alot of the regular posters here and Ifish.mess have alot of helpful and light-hearted things to share. I think that was the idea when the boards were started.
There has been a trend to belabor our personal differences and piss and moan publicly.
If you want to air it out in public, and want a free trip to Chicago (Lake Michigan has a wicked salmon run, no kidding!)send a letter to Jerry Springer and go nuts.
If you want to iron out an offense from another member (or moderator), do it on email. They will be impressed with the class by which you handle it.
If you want to talk fishing or share a reasonably off-color story, I'd love to see the post.
Constructive conflict is one thing, ranting about a personal snub in public is degrading.
Do it with dignity.
I say this for the good of the community, not some personal vendetta.
Don't bring this one down too.
