The Snoqualmie is a good river (well, for this area) lots of bank access and decent fishing. There are lots of places to fish besides Tokul Creek itself. I've never fished in the creek and usually can avoid the big eddy and have managed to do well. The mouth of the Tolt is a pretty good spot too.
