OK, I admit it. I've been lurking on this site for about a year. Tried to register back then, but wasn't computer savvy enough to get it done. Just been lurking since then.

Anyway, I'm a transplant from Northern Utah, and have just begun fishing for steelhead and salmon the last 4-5 years. As a father of FIVE, I can't fish as much as I'd like, so I do appreciate the wisdom that is passed on this board.

I've been searching for some of these infamous NW zipperlip steelhead streams, but haven't found too much so far. Have found some great hikes into steelhead water, but nothing that would qualify as secretive..... yet.

I did run into Little ZoZo on a stream earlier this Summer right after reading one of his more lively posts. I appreciate the info he's shared, and I appreciate the general info from some of the folks like Andy, Parker, and RT. Thanks, Bob, for providing the forum.

So, as I continue to post, I'm sure I'll have way more questions than answers, but I'll help where I can.

If you see a guy 6'8" wearing a camo cowboy hat while fishing, stop by and say "howdy".

Tight lines, all.

Dan
