You have a virus in your system known as the SirCam virus. It is emailing crap to everyone on your email contact list. UPDATE YOUR VIRUS PROTECTION SOFTWARE, OR BUY SOME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY ALREADY.

This virus likes to send out random (and infected) word documents off of your hard drive and to people on your email list.
