That's supposed to be a secret Keith. Not now - hehe. jk, plenty of guys know about it. That small version doesn't have quite as good of action as some plugs, but it has a narrow baitfish type body shape and dives so well that it produces fine. The bigger ones also catch big 'nooks, but still aren't as productive for them as Kwikies and Mag Warts are, IMO. One thing I used to do is put a single siwash on the belly of the HnT bait divers with a medium sized barrel swivel and split rings, after taking the 2 stock hooks off, and tie a rubber band around the hookshank and bait leader so they wouldn't tangle. This was to hook the few fish that would hit the HnT instead of the bait. But most of the fish hit the bait. Still worth that effort at times; especially murky big rivers like the Kenai (when legal).
