At 13,900 CFS and over Blue Creek is tough fishing for a bankie and I don't have a problem with boats coming in on the lower drift. By Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday the water was down to around 10,000 CFS which means a few boats are hogging the main bank fishing drift on the Cowlitz. That's when tensions run high and I have a problem with that. When the round the clock fishing starts it'll take care of it's self when there won't be a spot for the boats to horn in.
