I have noticed that since the hard wings come out, space in my spin'n'glo storage box has declined significantly, due to the increased inventory.

That is about the only difference I can detect. The good old pearl pink with white wings seems to work about as well as any of them. I still try all sorts of different colors, but I couldn't swear it make a lot of difference.
