Achieving your goal may be easier than you think. Based on the assumption that 10% catch 90%, all you have to do is to convince the 10% to go barbless year around and the other 90% can do whatever they want. Now few of those 10% that visit this site claim to catch 95% of the 90%. I don't want to name names here but you know who they are. so your work might even be easier.
