I know there is a place in Ballard that will dip-galvanize your whole trailer if you want. They do large items, I think a driftboat trailer would be on the small side for them. I don't recall their name, if you can't find it, email me and I'll ask around.

If you're still wanting to do the paint thing, use a good compressor and sprayer like an autobody shop would use, but try a paint like Imron (Dupont) it's really tough and durable. A good autobody shop or autoparts store should be able to point you in the right direction.
