Matt, I would say go with the TH, they give you a great rod and use's a GL3 quality graphite. I have a lot of Loomis rods but I have never had to pay full price for them so that is why I continue to buy them. I just e-mailed TH last night about some blanks and he has great prices on a quality product, he has Loomis blanks also. Don't know exactly which ones but he does have them
