This year, it will be between 2200 and 2700 for you to fish the Hoh, more than likely. Unfortunately, the massive flooding we had back in Dec. ripped throught the upper river, creating new channels and at the same time exposing new cliffs and sluffs of grey clay. This new kill is really unstable, every rain bleeds badly. The new clay bleeds are just above Canyon Creek, above the old bleeds at Owl Creek. The river is going to be quite unstable this year, it will take some back to back days of dry weather to make it fishable. Not trying to scare anybody off the Hoh, just telling it like it is, as anyone that has seen the color and flows this year will back me up. With the rains tonight (Sat), don't bother, it'll be a grey mess.
