Allot of people talk about custom painting their plugs. They buy a plug already painted and add some custom touches to it. Does anyone start from scratch? Can you buy a blank plug with no painting on it whatsoever, and paint it from the ground up yourself? If so were do you find the plug blanks, have done an extensive search on the web and came up empty. Ay links would be great.
