Might try a G.LOOMIS STR1265C GL2,it's a 10'6",rater 10# to20# med heavy and cost $185.00.I've used 6 of these the last 7 years in my guide service as down rigger rods ,my customers love them, for steelhead as small as 5# to kings to 56#+. Up in B.c. they use a lot of these as bobber rods....
