Robert Allen3 Spawner Registered: 04/23/00 Posts: 762 Loc: vancouver WA USA	I am thinking about buying a 16 foot drift boat with no motor. Is my understanding correct that non-motorized boats need no lisencing or registering in Washington state?? However the trailer needs to be lisenced correct?
