A lot of places sell little picks for this.Bobs in longview has a box full of them.The trick is to pick out the ones that will work best.A lot of times if you have any teeth left,when you go to the dentist for a good cleaning they will have some picks that are worn out.If you ask nice they would possibly give it to you.Just dull the tip a little so it doesnt score your line.The one I got at Bobs has a little crook in it and a small flat end about a 1/16 wide.its perfect for birdnests.
