Ifish had a few threads on it, so you might want to go there and search. I also went to "ask.com" and typed in "deep fried turkey", got tons of info. Anything specific you need answered?

I got a cheap fryer at K-mart for $69.00 with a 30 qt pot. Went to the feed store for my baster (50 cc syringe), only $1.50, compared as high as $9.00 in the store. Most recipes are pretty straightforward. Tried a beef roast and injected beef boulion, turned out great. Done two turkeys so far, (I mean fried two turkeys.)
