I have a Shimano moocher 2000 knuckle-buster reel with a Shimano "Canadian Moocher" 10'-6" light rod. I got them at Holiday Sports. It is great for mooching - you can reel line in and out instead of flipping the bail and stripping line off. But I also like downrigger-trolling with it. It's too light to use a flasher, but is fun with just a spoon or herring. When the fish runs -- get your hand out of the way!
