everyone!

it will take a combined effort to keep or attempt to keep the hump open in the future. it had more fall chinook last year than any river on the penninsula. yet it was closed to protect those fish. there were so many chinook in late october it was incredible to not have it open to retention of at least one fish. i fished it on halloween from 11:00am until 4:00 in afternoon, and between two of us we hooked over 100 chinook adults and landed at least 70 chinook adults. we hooked a fish on every bait we put in the water for 5 hours straight. we fished 4 holes out of a sled below 101. get the proposal for rules and reg changes and help get this one back in order.
