unfrotunately knuckle dragging idiots like this believe they are above the law, just because they have gotten away with it, or it is how they were brought up. All I have to say is the rules apply to all. It is not right to take fish and game in unethical or ileagal ways. The laws and rules are to be abided by. If we do our part and turn people in and they get caught maybe we will shame them into quiting. So I say turn people in, I don't think that confrontation is a good idea. Take down as much info as you can and contac the game dept. or the state patrol. I think the eyes in the woods program looks like a good idea. It is the small minority that will ruin thing for the majority!! So don't let them win
