Isn't this forum an awful lot like trying to fish at Blue Creek?? By and large most people are okay, willing to share information but not give up their secrets...

Then theres always one guy (or maybe a guy and his buddy) who shows up an hour and a half after sunrise, asks you to hold his teeth while he takes a sip of Ol Granddads, casts over yours and thirteen other guys lines on his first cast causing everyone to retie. God forbid you should say anything, the toothless drunken fool could find a way to twist the situation into being your fault....

If you let that guy piss you off you have lost the battle...I say we laugh at the ignorant, but not right in their face, that will only serve to goad them on. Laugh behind their backs...its so much more satisfying....
