Okay, with all of the heated conversation and flaming on here lately, I figured it was time to have a little fun bantering. Sooo, what do ya'll think about a discussion of the various methods for creating that much desired rock hard @$$? I have some methods of my own that work to some degree--walking really fast with my legs close together, doing about 30 @$$ clenches a day, and doing those leg raises while on my stomach. I've been seriously thinking about getting one of those electronic abdominal stimulator belts and strapping it around my @$$, but who knows, they may be harmful to the body in some way! Plus they're too darn expensive! Oh, except for that new Ab Force deal where you get two belts for 20 bucks, plus shipping and handling. Darnit, I'm incessantly babbling again. To get to the point, I want to hear what does it for you. What are YOUR methods? This could be a fun little discussion...
