If you knew anything about politics you would realize that the executive and legislative branches are co-equals! This was the governors move and now it up to the legislators to counter. Lawsuits will be filed and it's doubtful that the hatcheries will close as earlr as 7/1. To put the blame on the governor alone or even most of the blame is naive Kevin.
