I don't think Cowlitz is in particular, bashing WSC but asking questions about participation by fisherman. We as a group need to ask ourselves these questions and answer one way or another. Please don't make this a forum for bashing. Cowlitz has every right to ask those questions and they have been and will be discussed as this group grows and changes as the steelhead populations grow[I hope] and change. But at the same time WSC will not be a feel good group going nowhere so we can have membership numbers to brag about. I hope and pray we have wild steelhead release before we have no steelhead fishing period. Every year the wild runs decline-tell me WHAT IS YOUR BETTER PLAN!
