This fishery has been around a long time,yet we are unable to harvest. I would like at least a barbless C&R. The masses of people like myself are unable to travel long distances for this fishery. Yet we pay for an fishery thats never open, but the returns are strong. For me, they are in my back yard, yet all I can do is marvel. Im just sick of paying for untapable experiments.
