JacobF Spawner Registered: 01/03/01 Posts: 797 Loc: Post Falls, ID	Which rivers are open yet have decent bank access? The last ones I was aware of were the Nooch and Satsop which closed the end of March. Are steelies showing up on the OP in decent numbers yet?
