Yes, they're Wallace River fish, and that is the river just up from the Sultan.

From what I've been hearing, they'll likely open the Sky from Monroe up to the mouth of the Wallace.

This will keep a few good springer holes below Monroe closed, but the intent is to protect the Snoqualmie River dip-ins, which are endangered.

I hope enforcement gets busy at the mouth of the Wallace, it's a real joke there with the buzz bomb casting idiots and the treble hook and weight yo-yo's. I'd be up for making the deadline 100 yards downstream from the Wallace.
