A 15' boat.....I would go with the 25HP. Go bigger if you have the dinero. I have a 14' Northwood with a 15HP Yamaha 4 stroke and it does really good with just me in it. Throw another butt in the front and the performance drops considerably. Wishin' I bought a 25HP.
