I always use a good quality set of sunglasses. The optics will let you see better, your eyes will not get fatigued as quickly, the lens are of better quality and will not scratch as easily and the frames seem to usually fit better making them comfortable all day. I currently have a set of oakley glasses which I love. I think if you make the investment in a good pair and take care of them you will never go back to the dime store glasses.
