STRIKE ZONE GOOD LUCK Registered: 08/09/00 Posts: 11969 Loc: Hobart,Wa U.S.A	I just put them in the food saver bag's then turn the seal bar on high and let it roll,there will be plenty of juice in the slot.Some times I'll hit the over ride button to seal it faster.Good luck, STRIKE ZONE
