I'm mounting the axel on top of the springs so it will lower the boat about 4 inches for river bank launches.
Got my Fed Tax back at the duty Free store, cash.
Customs just asked me if it was for personal use, I said yes and they just waved me through.
No duty. No Problems.
When I license it I'll pay $50.00 sales tax. That's alot better than paying $1300.00 for a trailer, plus $140.00 in sales tax.
Mike, there at Road Runner Trailers (1-877-278-3484) said if you call him with your boat sizes and the style of trailer you want and he'll put one together for you before you come up.
