JS, Kayak Pt. (area 8-2) can be very good for crab. I was up there Memorial Day weekend with my boat. My buddy (had the waders) dragged my boat around and threw crab in the boat and I sorted, seperated, and threw back the females. There is a pier to toss a ring from and boat launch (next to the pier). Bring your waders and fish net. Best time to go is during a minus tide or you can set a pot if you have a boat. Get to the park very early too, the park can be extremely crowded on sunny weekend days.
