I will be getting a large selection (between 10,000 and 15,000 pounds) of fresh chinook eggs over the next 4 months. These are fresh eggs just hours out of the fish. They have never been frozen or salted and are blood free. They are surplus hatchery eggs and will be removed from the fish at the moment of death. I feel they are the highest quality fresh eggs available anywhere. I am trying to get several shipments up to the Seattle area over the summer and have them available weekly in Oregon.

I have talked to Loomis (Jeff), and he has decided to come down next week and get some eggs. He has offered to take them back up to anyone else that wants them for me. I have several other people that will do this over the next couple months also, and if I get enough responses, I will drive them up myself.

I also have a large selection of cured eggs and market different cures for steelhead and salmon. I mail order my cures and cured eggs throughout the US. Many of you have already tried my cures and cured eggs through the mail. Now I am giving everyone the ability to get my fresh eggs too.
