I have a 4 year old Lowrance X-65 depth/fish finder that recently went kaput. I had to send
it back to the factory in order to get repairs. I called it in & you had to pre-pay $85 for repairs no matter the problem. When they got it, they couldn't fix it so they sent me a brand spanking new one for the pre-paid repair price!
