Maybe I'm bad, but I buy fresh halibut, (i smell it first), clams and mussels and rock fish when I want stew. I buy albacore in a can (that's the way it comes doesn't it?)

I won't buy salmon, steelhead, trout, kokanee crabs, crawfish or sturgeon at the store or in a restaurant. I just go to the freezer. With the new boat, I'm hoping to go to the freezer for tuna and halibut in the near future too.

However, I know my limitations. I'll buy what I want if I can't catch it. A man's got to eat!
