True, I should clarify though. You can trap, just not use leg or body gripping traps or snares. Which effectively means no trapping. The state has had a 200% increase in nuisance animal complaints since this. The only way you can trap with grip style trap is if you try every other method to scare off the animal. Can you see Weyerhauser fencing all their trees in and buying dogs to run around the woods? That is what peta excpects them to do. I think they should put peta people in the woods and let them chase the critters away. BUT they haver to live off the land. Should be easy for those ground browsers, unless the winter is hard.
