Because the fish are already being dumped into the Skagit, the Grandy Creek project is what is best for the wild steelhead populations as it nearly eliminates the straying that is so prevelent and thus the high possibility of cross-breading between hatchery and wild steelhead.

If they were not already in the system, I would be opposed to the Grandy Creek Project.
