I launch by my house and make the 20-25 minute to PD these days (it's actually shorter than me driving and waiting in line plus the launch is free). If it is not some jack*** making last minute preps to the boat while on the ramp, it's something else... I might bring a lawn chair and a couple brews one day just to sit down there...
