Here is another solution. Safeway has pinks (fresh?) on sale for.79 a pound, and Albertsons has chum (fresh?) on sale for .99 a pound. You could buy them, fillet them, bag them, and throw em in the freezer. No more worries. Neither one is the best fish, but both are good on the barbee.
