I would suggest launching at the Hatchery, and float down to either the Golf Course, or the Island ramp. The river is really low right now, and the Steelies are real spooky, so not sure what kind of success to expect. You may want to consider going on up further North to the Cowlitz. It's an easy drift from Blue Creek down to the Mission ramp, and the fish will be much more eager to bite.
