The garbage problem on the carbon river is at it's worst, the bad part is that it has only been open two day's. You would think people would pack there crap out just like they pack it in. You don't see them leaving there fishing poles or gear there. They even take their snaged fish. But they don't take there BEER CANS or GARBAGE. These people should just stay home and let the people who enjoy the outdoor's do the fishing.
