prior to going out to fish jeff head/PNP area i checked the weather report....1-2 ft wind waves srtong wind from the south,nothing my 25ft boat could not handle. was shocked to hear a relayed disstres call for a 16ft boat taking on water, 3 people on broad off of possession pt/possession bar area.the call was relayed cause the people in the boat could not call. what fool would go out in a small boat like that into that area. the weather/wind did not suddenly change it was blowing all day.
