I'd have to say the Wind River when the Springers are running good. Why is it my favorite??? Because even though there are 500 boats trolling circles on a mile long stretch at the mouth of the river / Columbia (and there is ALWAYS at least one boat trying to zig zag in and out of all of them), if you are trolling herring or an orange mag wart, you are catching fish!
