WoodinvilleBill Parr Registered: 08/24/01 Posts: 47 Loc: Woodinville, WA	I have not heard anything about the upper Skagit all year. Is it open? Has anyone had any luck for silvers there? I'ts probably a little early for chums I suppose. I'm thinking about giving it a try around Rockport or the Cascade. Thanks, WoodinvilleBill
