Doug, I used to polish my sled every two years, its a real chore, mothers seemed to work the best with a buffing pad, make sure you really want to do it before you start becouse once you start you gotta finish, ive tried 3m aluminum cleaner, and other buffing compounds for it, and mothers seemed to work best for me. i know at truck stops they got some kinda cleaner for aluminum they spray on there trailers. good luck.
