Salmon, halibut, and cod are the number one
recommendations for a healthy diet among a ton of other things not to eat. Our salt diets are way too high. And the fast food market is going to be highly detrimental to health in the long run.

Started checking salt content in lunch meat and cheese, processed foods. How about 1100 mg salt in a half can chili. My daily limit is 2000 mg.
We all need to reducate but don't wait til your first symptom to begin.....
read the serving labels....my 2 cents worth
and start raising chicken.
