Looks like a major ecolgical disaster!! A converted Canadaian P-38 Lighting (front-line home defense fighter) was forced to dump its cargo over Whatcom Co. The fast moving bandit was tracked by heads-up Border DEA agents who scrambled a sidewinder equiped Lear to clear the US airspace. The P-38 tried in vein to dogfight with the superior aircraft only to lose its cockpit canopy in a FOX-1 missle shot (seems the hottest spot was right in front of the pilot!) Forced to return with its cargo to Kanuck-Land, the load of Bud was dumped, free-falling into the Nooksack Rv. Latest channel 5 SKYKING reports.. as in: "Jim Forman" ( over-amped red-headed reporter) Jean and Dennis, look at this!!! We have video of spawner silvers and fresh winter-run steelies backflopping & finning haphazardly all up and down the river. Request permission to drop a load of Twinkies to these endangered fish!!
